1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zenvora ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Supplier (Roi Revach, operating as Zenvora).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Zenvora provides an automated image processing service that transforms product photographs into professional packshot images. Our Service includes:

• Background removal and replacement (transparent or white)
• Batch processing of multiple images (1-100 images per batch)
• High-resolution output at 2048×2048 pixels
• Optional shadow effects
• Cloud-based image library and storage
• Downloadable processed images in PNG or JPG format

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee specific results. Processing quality may vary depending on input image quality and content.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Free trial: New users may receive free credits. Trial outputs may include a watermark; full-resolution downloads require paid credits.
• Credit consumption: Processing one image consumes 1 credit.
• Credit expiration: Purchased credits do not expire.
• Pricing and taxes: Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes (including VAT/sales tax) may apply depending on location and are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store full payment card details.
• Non-transferability: Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Refunds (30-day window): You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle and are subject to Paddle's refund policy (including the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud or refund abuse). This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where applicable.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload ("User Content"). We claim no ownership over your User Content or the processed outputs.

License grant: By uploading images, you grant Zenvora a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your images or account.

Your representations: You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload and process the images
• Your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights
• Your images do not contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable content

Our intellectual property: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Zenvora and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Upload sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Upload images containing personal data of others without consent
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

7. Data Processing and AI

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process your images. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Your images are processed using third-party AI services (Google Gemini)
• We do not use your images to train our AI models without explicit consent
• Processing results may vary and are not guaranteed
• You can delete your images and data at any time through your account

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENVORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Israeli New Shekels (₪100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenvora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account data and images in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any refund request remains subject to the 30-day refund window and Paddle's refund policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenvora regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
